I was in Santa Cruz once, a lifetime ago. It felt so like “home”, I could have imagined moving there. These pictures brought back some beautiful memories, smiles.

Oh I am so happy to hear this. Yes I grew up there and still have family there so it’s wonderful to visit. How to cool to know you were wandering there too once upon a time- small world sweet Karin :))

That trip, with my then-Hubby and my two babies, was life-changing. I’d only seen CA through movies and news; had barely travelled out of my own country. I will always be grateful for that fresh perspective that came while I was still young. And yes, it made me realize, in the best possible way, how small our world is 🙂
